Welcome to the NZ Racer Magazine website. This is a website focussed on motorsport, particularly what is happening at a national level in New Zealand and on New Zealanders competing internationally. 

 

The NZ Racer Magazine magazine was set up by John Hawkins approximately 14 years ago.  It started as the Canterbury Racer magazine and has evolved into the NZ Racer Magazine disributed nationally throughout NZ.

 

The magazine is unique in that it is free and distributed through BNT, Blackwoods Paykell, Repco stores, Shell Service Stations, dealer franchises and a whole network of automotive shops, outlets and wholesalers. 

 

The website was started by Benjamin Carrell in 2007 and is here to bring you the latest news on NZ drivers and teams, as well as what's happening in F1 and WRC.

 

Last season we have created NZ Racer Digital which is an online magazine that comes out straight after each NZ Tier One meeting.  We believe that this is the quickest way for you to get the latest images and info on what went on over the weekend.

John Hawkins is the editor of the magazine which focuses on behind the scenes motorsport in New Zealand, while the website will bring you daily news both domestically and internationally.
